Small businesses across the UK have the opportunity to win thousands of pounds worth of advertising as part of a new competition from SAP and The Guardian.
Five winners will receive a digital makeover for the business, including a year’s subscription for SAP Anywhere, an iPad Pro and free promotion on The Guardian’s Small Business Network.
EJ Jackson, Senior Vice President and General Manager of SAP Anywhere, said the competition was ideal for small businesses that are “exploring digital innovation.”
As part of the Digital Innovation Challenge, all that SMEs have to do to enter is answer a simple question: How are you planning to use digital technology to grow your business this year?
Entries are free and can be submitted either as a written or video response via the Small Business Network website.
An expert panel from SAP and The Guardian will then select ten finalists before deciding upon five overall winners.
“One of the biggest opportunities for small businesses is making the most of digital tools — whether through new e-commerce platforms, digital marketing or simply managing their businesses more efficiently. This Challenge with SAP Anywhere will help us discover and share some great stories of digital innovation along the way,” said Claire Burke, editor of The Guardian’s Small Business Network.
SAP Anywhere — which has just been launched across the United States, is a new tool aimed at SMEs achieving new opportunities in the digital economy.
