But as time goes by somethings don’t come as easy as used to. Those little tips and tricks mentioned by our experts can often be forgotten over time. So that’s where our consultants step in. As part of our new initiative, Milner Browne is offering each customer a FREE day’s consultancy with one of our experts to make sure your team is up to scratch and to make sure your solution is optimised correctly.

One of our experts will join your team for a day and investigate areas of training or functionality that can be improved upon and to give your solution a check-up. If there’s new workarounds that can be used our experts will run through processes that will help streamline tasks and make your business more productive. After all, we know there’s no better way of learning than having a personal step-by-step demonstration.

Before the day is closed, we’ll aim to review and catalogue areas you’d like assistance with, action any issues or queries and finally catalogue issues that can be resolved by Milner Browne’s award-winning support team. Finally, we’ll let you know of any recommendations for new add-ons or additions that will supercharge your solution – and even communicate these with your account manager to notify any change requests. We’ll take care of everything.
