With both Sally & Dawn becoming the Managing Directors it will help to drive company growth in both markets during and beyond COVID-19 helping the business to strive and deliver customer success on a personal basis making sure that our customers are getting the most out of their business management solution that we have implemented for them.
Sally has been with Milner Browne Enterpryze for over 15 years and has held many roles during her time here, from support management to Director of Operations. Sally moved to South East Asia and set up our Enterpryze Offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand. Sally has stepped into this new role to ensure that our Irish customer both in Northern Ireland & The Republic of Ireland receive the best in service and support and their businesses can grow while using SAP Business One & Milner Browne. When speaking about the new role Sally stated “I’m delighted to be back in the Irish business, focused on ensuring our Customers receive the very best service and applications to enable them to grow their businesses and continuing to build and develop our culture and our brand in Ireland’.
Dawn has been with Milner Browne Enterpryze for over 14 years and like Sally has held many roles here, from being in consultancy for Milner Browne to be the product manager of Enterpryze. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge of both SAP Business One and Enterpryze solutions, along with having great knowledge of the UK market both pre & post Brexit. Dawn will be responsible for everyone in the UK receiving the very best service and support and help all our UK customers grow using SAP Business One and Enterpryze. Dawn stated “I’m very excited to be taking up the role of Managing Director for Milner Browne UK. Although we have customers spanning the whole mainland, I’m keen to bring them closer together virtually, so that we can benefit from sharing our knowledge and experience. This is particularly important as we face the challenges of Covid 19 and life post-Brexit. We are constantly looking for ways to bring added value to the relationship we have with our SAP Business One customers. For example, we have launched our popular Milner Browne Academy as an online offering, and it is already proving to be a game changer”.
