The challenge
The family-run business had witnessed a steep growth curve by the time it contacted Milner Browne. The company was trying to manage some 24,000 product lines across its 21 stores on a basic solution that was nearly a decade old. Pulse Accessories sources the majority of its products from the Far East and required a solution that would track goods in its supply and distribution chains. Additionally, with more than 30 different outlets across Ireland, company directors required a solution that would not only provide accurate insight into stock levels but also into overall and individual store performance.

Importantly for the company, it was also able to gain access to the traceability of stock. This allowed it to forecast customer demand for season products and ensure popular items were in stock to meet consumer demand.
