With a history of fast growth, Java Republic needed the help and support of Milner Browne and SAP Business One to scale its operations and enable full visibility across the increasing range of its market, products and services. This lack of visibility into operations resulted in the company not having any accurate reports to analyse and use for making important decisions. These inaccurate reports also took the company a prolonged period of time to generate with data having to be extracted from one solution and then added to another. These disparate solutions were also causing lots of inefficiencies across the business. Staff were forced to complete unnecessary and time-consuming data duplication tasks meaning resources were being under utilised.

Java Republic carried out a comprehensive systems analysis and brought in an external consultant to review the top five ERP systems.

After considering their options, company directors arranged a meeting with Milner Browne to discuss SAP Business One. Java Republic were keen to find a solution that was agile enough to accommodate further growth. After taking account of SAP’s reputation and its growing relationship with Milner Browne, the company chose to deploy SAP Business One.
