Before the implementation of SAP Business One in 2010, the company had several common business challenges associated with its old and ineffective software.Different departments had no way of communicated with each other in a single system. That often forced staff to extract data from one program and then enter it into another.There was also a lack of visibility into the company's supply chain. In fact, the company used two separate databases - one for its shop in Cardiff and the other for its website to manage stock control.The company lacked a solution to analyse existing levels of stock, to forecast customer demand or what products were selling quicker than others.

Professionally managing our stock levels is something we strived for. It's much easier now using SAP Business One as it's given us the ability to track everything we do.
