The True Cost of SAP Business One

One of the main solutions that Translas used to use was a number of years old. It was also a DOS-based system that was inflexible and was not user-friendly. The company was also unable to automate pricing and discount policies for products. This saw staff having to complete manual tasks when contacted by customers with enquiries on items. Another major challenge for staff was a lack of accurate and in-depth insight into logistic processes. This saw customer facing staff unable to accurately provide information on status of distributed goods in transit and sales executives unable to confidently predict delivery dates.

The system we were using was dated and we needed a future-oriented program that would help us meet our targets. We also required a solution that would give us more ability to automate our pricing and discount polices for our products.
