The ChallengeKelsey Networks Ltd (KNL) was established in 2001 and provides expert IT solutions. Services provided to customers extend to network installation and support, virtualisation, remote working and IP telephony solutions.In its infancy years, KNL used several pieces of software to manage different types of activities within the organisation. Prior to the deployment of SAP Business One, KNL was using Sage Instant Accounts to manage basic financial activities along with a bespoke Access database. But as demand for the company's services grew and its customer base expanded, the company was at a crossroads about what decision to make with its existing applications - to expand its existing software further, or select an improved solution.Company directors quickly realised a centralised solution was required to remove disparate solutions. SAP Business One was chosen as a replacement.
With SAP Business One we are able to offer a "cradle to grave" service to customers now - in terms of procurement, service, support and ultimately the ability to generate on-going reports for our support personnel. Even after using SAP Business One for all of these years, we know there's still more to come from the system. We do know it'll do more for us moving forward.

When Milner Browne initially visited Kelsey Networks the company had concerns that SAP Business One may have been a solution that was too big for a start-up organisation. However, when the company saw how SAP Business One has been designed for users from 2 to 250, it was an easy decision to make for Kelsey Network.
The introduction of SAP Business One could replace existing fragmented solutions and bring together sales, stock and serving activities into one application. This not only created a single, accurate source of information, but provides line managers with a complete overview of company activities.
Without having to battle against ineffective applications, Kelsey Network were able to focus their attentions on more productive tasks and have been able to secure larger, more profitable contracts since using SAP Business One.
