The company, which also stocks welding equipment and garden and patio furniture, had been using the same business management system since the early 1990s.But after experiencing a period of growth the company quickly realised it needed a more sophisticated system after suffering reoccurring issues across the business. A lack of stock management tools resulted in warehouse complications; the CRM functionality was no longer adequate for Emgas- sales team; the company had no means of creating digital invoices; and, more importantly, it had no way of sending technical guidance for products to its technical service department - essential for ensuring regulatory compliance.
