Where are we located?

Our headquarters is in Dublin, Ireland and our UK offices are in Birmingham and Scotland.  We also have offices in Poland, Malaysia, Singapore & Canada!

Every Project is different – and timelines vary depending on what you require.  Our Sales team outline your high-level priorities and together we design a solution that suits your requirements and matches the ambitions of your business.  With your requirements defined by a Scope at the outset of your project and all objectives are outlined and agreed, we then sit with you at different stages to ensure we are ‘on the same page’.   On average, a standard implementation may take a few weeks to a few months.

SAP themselves provide various support options, including online documentation, community forums, and direct support via SAP Partners. Additionally, Milner Browne run training programs, both online and in-person, to ensure users can effectively use and maximize the benefits of their Application.

What is the release strategy for SAP Business One?

A major release (which contains major new functionality or architectural platform changes, or both) stays in mainstream maintenance for 5 years after its release.

Feature packs (which contain Continuous innovation, legal changes and corrections) are delivered in ‘feature packs’ on a quarterly basis.

Milner Browne are happy to support you, regardless of Version however may encounter issues if we need to onward log your issue with SAP Support – as they will only Support versions in mainstream maintenance.  And we do advise you do keep current, so you can benefit from the any new functionality or legal changes.
